Side button (power) long press doesn't work always

The Long press function of the side button(power button) doesn't work effectively. It only works for a moment when some action is assigned. Then it stops working . It doesn't do anything on long press. Double press works fine. I tried shift reset and  safe mode boot. Please let me know if you have a solution.

If the long press on the Side Power button stops responding, even after trying Safe Mode and a reset, please try the following steps:

Check Side Key settings: Go to Settings > Advanced features > Side key. Ensure "Press and hold" is set to your preferred action (e.g., Power off menu or Wake Bixby).

Clear One UI Home data: Settings > Apps > One UI Home > Storage > Clear cache (then check behavior).

Software update: Ensure your device is on the latest software version (Settings > Software update).

Submit an Error Report: Open Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > Buttons > Describe the issue. Long-press the button when prompted so logs can capture the malfunction.

Your report will help the development team look into it directly.
