Sim card restart

Hi everyone, I got a new s22 when it came out and everytime I change my sim card it makes me restart the phone and it resets everything. This had never happened with my s10 or the s8 I had before, I have the two same sim cards (a Canadian and a Mexican). Is there a way to fix this, it is a pain.

It doesn't do it on the s10 only on the s22, same 2 sims

This is so weird, my samsung 10e was canadian also, the same two sim cards and it never did that. Its a pain if you ask me.

This is not a Canadian carrier thing, I also have a pixel 6 Pro, you can swap between eSims without restarting the phone, in canada. 

It's most definitely a Samsung thing, I have an s22 ultra and it requires a full restart every time you swap eSims.

Same issue Mexican and US sim card. Any way to prevent restart without rooting?

This is an annoying function as what If I am traveling and require to use different Sim cards all the time

Does that mean I can't change carrier??? It will delete all my pics/games if I port my number to new carrier/sim on my S22 ???

Why do people have to aimlessly  figure stuff out with frustration, why can't Samsung get their stuff together and answer people's question, horrible disgusting service!!  Feel like throwing away all Samsung devices.
