Galaxy SHi everyone, I got a new s22 when it came out and everytime I change my sim card it makes me restart the phone and it resets everything. This had never happened with my s10 or the s8 I had before, I have the two same sim cards (a Canadian and a Mexican). Is there a way to fix this, it is a pain.

Galaxy SA forced Factory Reset, should ONLY happen the first time you insert the SIM in a new phone, which is intentional by design.
I think that you're saying that it's happening every time you swap SIMs?

Galaxy SYes it happens everytime with the new phone, if I change sims in the S10 it doesn't happen, only in the s22

Galaxy SBut a SIM with a different phone number, or different Carrier?
Pretty sure that I've occasionally replaced a SIM, but it was always the same Carrier & number..
This would be a prime example of why Samsung should enable Dual SIM on all the devices that have the necessary hardware.
A forced Factory Reset because you travel for business, or even vacation is nuts!

Galaxy SThis is a new ocurrence with the s22 it did not do it with the s10, same sims, if I do it with the s10 right now it doesn't happen

Galaxy SHi, This is a SIM Profile phenomenon. When you are inserting different SIM card, switching service provider, Canadian Samsung phone will do reset in order to load the apps specific to the new provider.
