Go to Settings. --> Accessibility --> Dexterity and interaction --> Click after pointer stops. turn that option off. I hope this solves your autoclick problem on your Samsung DeX.
I was browsing thru settings and option and saw this setting on my DeX and this was the only setting available to use in DeX accessibilty setting. I turned it on to try and I found it extremely annoying.
