Something wrong with my Samsung S25 Ultra, And Their Response is Ridiculous

Well, isn't Samsung just a beacon of technological integrity? I "invested" in one of their magnificent phones back in February, and for a glorious two months, it performed its basic function without spontaneously combusting. But then, as if by magic (or perhaps sheer incompetence), a delightful little rust-colored spot decided to grace the charging port area in April. How quaint!

Naturally, this charming blemish, which has now evolved into something resembling a burn mark from a poorly executed welding job, prompted me to visit the Samsung Service Center in PGC, Jakarta on May 17th. And what a revelation that visit was! After a thorough "inspection," I was informed there was "no damage." No damage! Apparently, a growing, dark, metallic stain is merely a feature, not a flaw. They promised to "check with headquarters," and a week later, the grand solution arrived: because I have Samsung Care+, I should try to claim it through the insurance. Oh, the sheer brilliance!

So, I, ever the optimistic fool, contacted the so-called Samsung Experience people about this groundbreaking development. And their response? Absolutely priceless. Initially, they declared I couldn't claim it if the damage wasn't "physical." I had to stifle my laughter – "This is physical damage!" I exclaimed. To which they condescendingly replied, "Yes, but it would be a shame to use your warranty for such minor damage." A shame?! Isn't that the entire point of insurance, you absolute geniuses?!

Samsung is a scam! And their so-called insurance? An even bigger joke! Don't walk, run from this brand and their utterly useless "customer service."

be a smart user, nobody stop you to smash your shiny S25U, next time if you wanna claim your Samsung Care+, make sure you smash your screen first. You have Samsung Care+ in your hand, use it ! If they said "minor" then turn that "minor" to "major" damage, at least a big and deep scratch on your screen.

I feel sorry for your situation. I also have that mark, like a scratch but not a burn. Even with a silicon case and I try wiping, nothing works. I think every phone is imperfect.fLL58ntWqL.jpg
