Unfortunately, The feature you are asking for is not available.
Please follow the below steps to add Holidays.
Open Calendar >> Tap the "Menu" icon in the top left-hand corner of your screen >> Tap on Settings >> click on Holidays >> select which holidays you want to add to your Calendar(Tap a new country to add it, or tap the currently selected country to remove it).
