Hi,

We understand you're experiencing a display issue where the status bar and navigation bar are overlapping with the app content, preventing proper use of the application.

Could you please share your device model, and the full name of the app experiencing the issue. This will allow us to investigate further and provide more specific guidance.

Thank you.

Hi,

Thank you for confirming the issue. Please try the following steps to see if they help resolve the display overlap you're experiencing with the SparkVue app on your Galaxy S24 Ultra:

Force Full-Screen Mode (if not already enabled)

  1. Go to Settings > Display > Full screen apps.

  2. Find and select SparkVue.

  3. Set it to Full screen.

  4. Restart the app and check if the display issue is resolved.

Adjust Screen Zoom and Font Size

  1. Navigate to Settings > Display.

  2. Tap on Screen zoom and Font size.

  3. Reset both to default or reduce them slightly.

  4. Relaunch the app to see if the layout adjusts properly.

Clear App Cache and Data (if reinstalling did not help)

  1. Go to Settings > Apps > SparkVue.

  2. Tap Storage.

  3. Select Clear cache and then Clear data.

Please note: clearing data may remove saved content. Ensure any important data is backed up before proceeding.

  1. Open SparkVue again to see if the issue is resolved.

Let us know how it goes.

Thank you.

That's because it doesn't exist and the bot is just pasting a search result.

Try going into settings->display and then select camera cutout. From their adjusting this setting for your app might help.

Strange. It looks like this for me. S25 Plus. I tried 2340x1080 and 3120x1440 resolutions and the app display doesn't extend into the status bar.
