Hi, cutties! 🙌🏻

First of all, I'm really sorry to hear that. The Super Steady mode on the Samsung S24 Ultra is designed to stabilize videos for smoother footage, but sometimes it may not work perfectly depending on certain conditions such as low light, very fast movements, or specific camera settings.

You can try making sure your phone and camera app are updated to the latest version, then try using this mode in well-lit areas with moderate movement.

Also, have you updated to One UI 7 yet? It could cause this problem because some users have reported glitches and performance issues with camera functions like Super Steady mode after updating to One UI 7.

If the problem persists, try resetting the camera settings by clearing cache and data, or restarting your phone. If it still doesn’t improve, you might need to take it to a Samsung Service Center for further inspection or contact Samsung customer support for help.

Since you're already on the latest OS with One UI 7, that could actually be related to the issue.

Several users have reported that after updating to One UI 7, certain camera features, like Super Steady mode, haven’t worked as expected.

This might be due to software bugs or compatibility issues introduced with the update.

The best solution for now is to wait for the next software update to solve this problem.

I see, i thought i was the only one having this problem. If it's like you said, i think i'll be patient waiting for the next update. I've heard that One UI 8 will release on this summer thou

You're definitely not alone, many users of different Samsung series has reported similar Super Steady issues after updating to One UI 7.

And yes, the good news is that Samsung is already working on One UI 8, which is scheduled for a summer 2025 release, between June to August. So stay tuned and you'll likely see improvements soon! 🙌🏻
