Galaxy SI have an issue when syncing my Galaxy S23 calendar to Outlook on my PC. The appointment is always created in my phone, but when syncing to Outlook, it shows up there at a time 6 hours later, as if it thinks the PC is in a different time zone. The appointment does show up in Outlook as the correct time zone, just the wrong time. Also, I have the correct home time zone in settings for both my phone and Outlook calendars. Is there a way to fix this?

Galaxy SHi tcf99,
To resolve calendar synchronization issue with your Galaxy S23 to Outlook on your PC, please follow the steps below:
-
On your mobile device:
-
Ensure that calendar sync is enabled within the Outlook app.
-
Navigate to Settings > Accounts and verify that account sync is active.
-
Confirm that you are signed into the correct Outlook account.
-
-
On your PC:
-
Check that your Outlook account is properly added to the Windows Mail and Calendar application.
-
Ensure that the "Mail and Calendar" sync option is enabled for the account.
-
If the issue persists after completing these steps, we recommend clearing the cache for both the Outlook and Calendar applications on your phone. Additionally, you may try removing and re-adding the Outlook account on both your mobile device and PC to refresh the sync process.
