I tried restarting my phone but that didn't work

time I send a text it fails on my side but msg go threw but I cannot receive any TXT msg

I'm having the same issue. I've done everything but a factory reset

I just test with my wife's phone. Text message works. Using Samsung message app. Also no problem with Rogers.

Guys, text message issue usually is from service provider. Maybe they are having issue now. I don't think is Samsung issue.
