my signal is bad, texts won't send, I get multiple texts of the same thing, I can't sign in to my wifi at work anymore. this needs to be fixed

The software update shouldn't have any affects on how good of a connection you have with your Carriers cell towers (at least I don't think, could be wrong). Getting multiple texts is a also usual sign of bad connection. What happens when you try and sign in at your work?

there's usually a pop up for me to click or it would say wen I open the wifi to sign in and I don't get it anymore

I am with Bell and after I did the update my phone sucks! it's disconnecting/reconnecting to my Wi-Fi, lags, my phone is slow and heats up fast, it takes forever to upload/download, ect.. I praised how fast and awesome my phone was but today's update completely messed my phone 😣
