It appears that sometime in the last 4 months, after patching the software during one of those monthly cycles, that there is a software issue on the S21 Ultra, and perhaps others, which throttles the camcorder option in video.
Recently more than ever, we have noticed that when shooting video out in the summertime, the video is becoming choppy. We tested this in a laboratory setting as well, and the video camera was choppy in phone temperatures of both 35° C, as well as 40° C.
We have compared this to tests back in 2021, and have record and video of the device reaching a temperature of 43° C where the camera and video camera was not throttled, and nor was it choppy.
We went ahead and wiped the phone and made it as new, completed every update available for both OEM software as well as carrier specific software, and we noticed that even without additional programs running in the background, the video camera was throttled even without outside apps playing a role.
Can you please explain to us why on specific older model devices, without any additional software and no outside influences, is the OEM stock video recorder being throttled by Samsung software? We are really hoping that the Game Optimizing Service (GOS) is not playing a role in slowing down the speed of the camera server which is what was identified two years ago as being the cause.

Anyway, let's forget that he isn't here. Why didn't the camera all of a sudden beginning from throttle on the S21 Ultra when it has never throttled in the past?
