Trade-In Update to $0 before shipping

I placed an order for the S23 Ultra with a trade in for my S10+. I answered all the questions on eligibility and was offered a $350 trade in. Two days later I get an e-mail with an offer number requesting me to ship my S10+ with a trade-in value of $0? Can you explain? I contacted support and they told me to ship it still. Please let me know why you updated the trade in to $0.

My guess is 350 is not your trade in value but promotional value.

You already got the trade in discount during checkout. I got same email. That is my guess.
