Since downloading the new oreo update my trusted location setting hasn't worked. I'll update my location daily so it knows where to unlock and I'll have up to 10 locations near my house and it still asks me for my biometrics or code to unlock. It's becoming frustrating. Please help!
I'm having the same issue since February. my S8 hasn't been working the same as it used to. Turned it off and on, removed and added locations and still doesn't work.
Hi @Brandezi84 if the above troubleshooting steps don't work, you may have to try a factory reset (make sure to backup data before that). To try and troubleshoot the problem, you can submit an error report when the error occurs. -Nick from Samsung
