How to place data switch in my drop down toolbar.

Unfortunately after the newest update, the data switch was removed.

The data switch hasn't been there since the s6 came out and it's a carrier issue not a Samsung caused problem.
How ever if you go through the forum you would say a way to put it back...
I think it was around 8th or so...
