UI 4.1 - recent apps replaced with recommended apps... fix?

Does anyone else have their recent apps replaced with recommended apps with no remedy in the latest UI update? I constantly use the recent apps because there are a few apps I use all the time, but now it seems that I don't have that option anymore, and it only gives me a listing for stock apps from Samsung that I never use... I've gone through the settings, in the logical places, but it appears I don't have a proper option to change this... It just allows me to use recommended apps or not have anything show up when I hit the recents button... is there a remedy for this?

I just received the new security patch on my S20 FE 5G and it got fixed. It must have been a bug after all. I guess it could have been worse.

Hi Guys, I had the same problem in Germany with a Note 20 Ultra 5G. In the morning i've read the following article from sammyfans and updated the one ui launcher app via apkmirror. This was the solution.

The April Software update has fixed this feature!

Yeah, but to get april software update, i need to wait till may. Update always arrives to Samsung s20FE 1month later than the release date.

Got the April Update yesterday on my 20FE 5G. I suggest you take a Look wether it's already available for you. It indeed did fix the issue, just fyi.

I fixed the issue by updating Samsung One UI Home in the Galaxy store, I'm going to post screenshots of how to get to the update in settings, it's under home screen. Hope this helps everyone!

Well, it's not available for my new A53. It has Home version 13.1.01.35. No newer version available
