Galaxy SLast Thursday (Feb. 13), my phone kept crashing and rebooting on repeat for more than 2 hours!!
I chatted with Samsung's support (using another0 device), and the agent suggested I reboot my phone by holding the power button & lower volume button for at least 15 seconds. Somehow, that worked 😮💨
I then asked about my phone's shortened battery life, but I only got general advice 🤷♀️

Sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing with your Galaxy S22 since the update. Please reboot the device as suggested by Zuzuslu. If that doesn't fix the issue, let's try the following troubleshooting steps:
Clear Cache Partition:
- Power off your device.
- Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons simultaneously until the Samsung logo appears.
- Use the volume buttons to navigate to Wipe Cache Partition and confirm with the Power button.
- Once completed, select Reboot System Now. This will not erase your data.
Safe Mode Test:
- Press and hold the Power button until the power off icon appears.
- Touch and hold Power Off until you see Safe Mode, then tap it.
- Observe if the freezing and restarting continue. If not, a third-party app may be the cause. Consider uninstalling recently installed or updated apps.
Check for App Updates: Go to the Google Play Store and Galaxy Store to ensure all apps are updated, as older versions may not be compatible with the new system update.
If the issue persists, a factory reset may be necessary. Ensure all data is backed up before proceeding.
