No recommendation in Google to compose this. With my alarms sounds i did everything I'm very disappointed with samsung and this situation, anyone can help me to fix this please..

We are sorry you're dealing with that. Can you tell us little more about what’s happening with your alarm sounds on your Samsung device?

Are your alarms not sounding at all, or is it using the wrong sound? Are you using the default Clock app, or a third-party one? Have you tried setting a custom alarm sound, and it's not working?

Ho helenna, i use the default clock app. When I pick up the alarm sound, I don't work ; I am unable to play during the call. I reset many times, and I reset the settings, and it still doesn't work.

Sorry about that and thank you for mentioning the details. Please try the below suggested steps and check for the issue:

Test Alarm While on Call. Try setting a test alarm for 1 minute ahead while on a call. Confirm whether the alarm goes off silently or doesn't activate at all.

Sound Settings Check. Go to Settings > Sounds and Vibration > Sound quality and effects. If “Separate app sound” is ON, turn it OFF.

Notification Permissions. Go to Settings > Apps > Clock > Notifications. Ensure Alarm notifications are set to Alert and not Silent or Minimized.

If the issue still occurs, please send a report through Samsung Members > Support > Error Reports > Clock. Describe the issue and include system logs right after it happens.
