Anyone get Jan update yet? Some phones got it on the first part of Jan.

Ever since I did the update in January on my S21FE it now says on my text messages MMS underneath and in green instead of blue. It no longer tells me that my message has been sent delivered or most importantly read. Yet in my settings I have it all notified to let me know but it does not Let me know when my message has been read or even that it's been sent or delivered. . I do have it indicated though that I want to be notified and everything was fine until the update happened. Now I don't know how to get it back I assume it's a glitch from the update

S22 is still on the Dec 1 security patch. Pretty much everything else Samsung has received the Jan 1 patch. Samsung moderators should do a better job of explaining why the S22 hasn't received the update instead of only getting involved in this forum to hype a new phone.

"Oooh - that Pasteurized Green custom color is amazing and you should be grateful we provide you with that option for a $2K phone. Good luck with your device because if you have any problems you won't be getting any help from us here."

This is just some speculation on my part, but it is possible, that the Canadian S22 series MAY just get the One UI V5.1 update, with the January or February Security Patch.

I know that most of the US Carriers (US is different from Canada, in that most of the US Carriers release OTAs, unlike Canada where it is from Samsung's Servers) have released the January Security Patch, in January, and the Exynos variant in Europe and  India has received it.

Or, maybe Samsung Canada is just [Fill in this space, however you want].
