How to transfert data of Samsung Cloud to Google Drive without Samsung Cloud resynchronize all pictures on the cloud ?

Turn OFF Samsung Cloud Sync for the Gallery & There's no way that it should Sync it.

Well - What I meant was that you Download all the images from Samsung Cloud to your device & Once you are sure that you have them all - Disable Samsung Cloud Sync - THEN Sync with Google Photos to Google Drive....
