Ussd code running unknown application

when i tried to check my s/n i have this message. what is this? how can i remove it?

go into phone -> type *#06# into the dialer and that provides you with IMEI and S/N. The USSD code's are used by the phones dialer application for pulling up service menus like above and quickly getting to certain settings. Some incorrect codes can result in that error
