Galaxy SHi Arkda,
Sorry to hear you're experiencing this — it definitely sounds like you’ve encountered a malicious app or adware infection.
As adviced by RobertZ, please Boot into Safe Mode. This will disable third-party apps and help determine if one of them is causing the issue:
-
Press and hold the Power button
-
Long-press Power off, then tap Safe Mode
-
Your phone will restart with only system apps
In Safe Mode, if the ads stop — the problem is caused by a recently installed app.
Uninstall Suspicious or Recently Installed Apps:
-
Go to Settings > Apps
-
Sort by Recently Installed
-
Remove any apps you don’t recognize or that were installed around when the issue began.
If adware is misusing permissions: Go to Settings > Apps > Tap the 3-dot menu > Reset app preferences.
If nothing works, please Backup important data and perform factory data reset.

This will completely remove the malware, but should be used as a last resort.
Thank you.

Galaxy SHi Arkda,
If the app icon is missing, it may have hidden itself or used deceptive behavior — but you can still uninstall it through the system settings:
Try Uninstalling via Settings: Go to Settings > Apps. Tap the 3-dot menu. Choose "Show system apps" or "Show all apps". Look for any apps you don’t recognize — especially ones without icons or with strange names. Tap the app > Uninstall.
If you’re still unable to find the app: Boot into Safe Mode again (as described earlier). Recheck Settings > Apps — sometimes hidden apps show up there when third-party services are disabled.
Thank you.
