Galaxy SHi Deevvv, we suggest you to perform safe mode. IN Safe Mode, your phone will not run any third-party apps. This allows you to easily identify and remove the app that may be causing the problem.
To enter Safe Mode, please perform the following:
1.First, completely power off the phone.
2.Then, power on the phone and when the Samsung logo appears, press and hold down the Volume down key.

Galaxy SFirst off, open Samsung Keyboard Settings → Reset to default settings
Next, open Settings → Apps → Show system apps → Samsung Voice Input
Disable it.
Look for next app, scroll down until you find Speech Services by Google. If you have it, Disable it as well.
Then open Settings → General Management → Keyboard list and default
Enabe Google Voice Typing [Legacy]
Now try using voice input on whatsapp, Samsung forum or other apps. Let me know if this works for you or not. So far this settings works on my S22U.

Galaxy SI called Telus tech support . Problem was in the Samsung speech to text app. I had to delete the data within it. It works now . Whew. Thanks for all your help and suggestions 😊!
