Whether or not Samsung is giving volte features in S7edge mobile .

VoLTE is available for your device - Go to Settings & Search for "VoLTE" & make sure it's Toggled On - You MAY need to update your SIM card to support it...

***NOTE*** If you Flashed a Custom Rom - VoLTE is very unlikely to be possible.

Your Settings will likely look different from mine.

As mentioned by @Shaggyskunk1, you can activate the VoLTE option by following below steps.
Go to Settings>>Connections>>Mobile Networks>>Network Mode>>Select the option LTE/WCDMA/GSM.

You are located in India? VoLTE is reportedly an issue with some Indian Carriers - It's not a Samsung issue.
