S8 on pie wifi calling is working fine,no issue Have toggle for VoLTE can turn in or off But doesn't show VoLTE icon in notification bar. Anyone has this issue or how to fix ? Thanks
Are you talking about VoLTE in QS Tiles or just the Status Bar? (Haven't ever seen VoLTE in the Status Bar & it doesn't need to be there for it to be working) But you can add it to the QS Tiles if you want - adb commands will do it 🐧
There's no VoLTE icons in Canadian phones. And seems the toggle was completely removed on Pie, like the Screen Sensitivity toggle got removed on Oreo (seriously IDK why that is, it was super convenient in winter)
Do a test though. Call someone. Anyone. Disable WiFi. Is your phone still on LTE or does it report 4G/HSPA+? If it says LTE, then don't worry, VoLTE is working.
Well you CAN actually add VoLTE to the QS Tiles if you want (it doesn't really change anything as VoLTE Toggle is also in your Settings & There's no reason why you need to have quick access to it) - You use the same adb commands as you use to add the Mobile Data & Hot Spot Toggles - you just need to add "VoLTE" in the command line after "Hotspot" 🐧

From Windows Power Shell:
settings put secure sysui_qs_tiles "$(settings get secure sysui_qs_tiles),MobileData,Hotspot,VoLTE"
and then you have VoLTE in QS Tiles 😉🐧
@CHMultimedia just for an FYI - It can be added to the QS Tiles - But yes it won't appear on the Status Bar 👍
