Hi there go to Samsung s20 Fe oh, I think the worst feature on this thing just to wake up alarm clock, we cannot find a way to uninstall this feature as it works terrible and of course you cannot control it with your voice amongst other issues. Does anybody out there know how to resolve this or even uninstall it and install a better one thank you

I don't have any issues with Samsung's Clock, but you can always download Google's Clock from the Play Store.

You can set an Alarm with Google Assistant & Also you can "Snooze" or dismiss the Alarm with your voice through Google Assistant.

Google's Alarm also let's you replace the Alarm Tone with music from Spotify if you want.

You might be able to do the same, or similar with Bixby, but I don't use Bixby.

We got these phones because our clients rely on using their voice a lot oh, I will try to download Google clock hopefully I can make it the default. See what happens when we try uservoice for any of the functions that's before he would always kick back to the Samsung wake up alarm clock. What's the Samsung alarm clock goes off you cannot stop it at all with your voice you have to physically touch it, also there's no duration time on it stopping it just keeps going again till you physically stop it so it's very frustrating for everybody oh, thank you for your information

You can disable it if you are comfortable using adb but you can just try a different alarm app and see how that works out.

Hi Vanman65, I suggest you to try the suggestions and get back to us with the results. Press and hold the Bixby or Side key, depending on your settings. While holding the key, tell Bixby which alarm you want to turn off. It can be a future alarm, or it can be an alarm that’s going off at that very moment. For example, you can say "Turn off the alarm for 8:30 p.m." or "Turn off the alarm for later."
