I donot know what's wrong is going with Samsung. They are seems like breaking up the promises. Firstly company promises to give longer supports of ui and security updates to their permium smartphone users and now its the starting and they are taking step back from their words. Firstly they announce the updates and then completely remains silent at that time of update and they even remove some of the article from their newsroom which are the regarding the updates. I found one article from Canada. But no update yet..Samsung should come up and response to their users with actually delay problems and update them with newer timelines. We donot expect these types of thing from Samsung.
Thank you

I share your feelings in Samsung is not living up to their promises and it *** that a premium phone company will do that to their customers, loyal customers. Samsung of your reading this it's time you make your promise of technical support to your customers. If there is an software update let them have it and don't play God, let them have it or your customer base is gonna be decimated and move on to the next company that would satisfy their needs.

Samsung isn't deliberately holding back the update to One UI V7.0.. They aren't "doing anything to their customers".

Playing "god"??

Samsung clearly has been having problems with One UI V7.0, they apologized on Samsung Members Korea.. Unfortunately Samsung is not good at being transparent, and other than in Korea, Samsung Members has been silent.

Samsung has said that eligible devices will get 7 Android version updates, but they never made any promises of when updates will be released.

If you don't think that Samsung is embarrassed, internally, you are not thinking.

I'm quite certain that there's Samsung employees who are feeling the heat for the delays & terrible communication.
