As per the Samsung Canada website information, Galaxy S21 5G is available with the 128GB memory type in three colors Phantom Violet, Phantom White and Phantom Pink. We do not have the information about the availability of the S21 5G with 256GB. However, S21 5G with Phantom Gray is available with both the memory types 128GB and 256GB.
