Where's this installed then?

So I have the app canva and on the Google Play Store page for it, it shows that it's installed then says i can also install it on other devices, then shows that I can install it on my phone.... so where's it installed then?? Since my last post I have factory reset my phone and not allowed Secure Folder to be used, I do have 2 gmail accounts on my phone though....

When you go into settings, click on apps and it should be listed alphabetically and/or also on another homescreen with other apps. If Canva is there, then it has been installed to your device

Hi, just to confirm after performing the steps as suggested by the Jayman1973, are you still facing the problem ?

You can have multiple Google Gmail accounts, and multiple Google Accounts that you could use to download apps from the Play Store, but what it appears to be showing you here, is that you have this app installed on another device.

For example, I have the app CPU-X installed on this device, my S23 Ultra, and the Play Store shows that it is also available to be installed on my S20 Ultra. 

In your case the Play Store is saying that this same app is also available to be installed on your S22.
