I know Co-op accept Samsung Pay. The one close to my home is pretty new built. Therefore, they have mobile tap option. Not all gas pump has it. But new gas stations have higher chance.
Petro-Canada and Costco both have it you can only do up to 100 each transaction though. you also must use a credit card for this method debit will not work.
