So I tried to wirelessly powershare with my galaxy buds and when I put it on the back of my galaxy s10+, it wouldn't charge. The thing is that my phone will still wirelessly charge on a wireless charging pad but not share power with my galaxy buds. And advice would help or if I simply cant do it.

Wireless charging is a very inefficient process. To increase range, you increase power consumption sharply. You don't have spare power on a phone to waste. A stationary wireless charger can spare the extra power, which is why you get to charge through the case. I assume that Samsung decided to limit range to save power.
