Galaxy SHi guitargod,
If USSD codes also known as MMI codes aren't working on your Samsung Galaxy S23 FE, there could be several reasons for the issue. Here's a step-by-step guide to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:
Ensure the codes are correct: Double-check that you're using valid and network-supported USSD codes. Some codes are carrier-specific and may not work on all networks.
Ensure your phone has an active cellular connection. USSD codes require a proper connection to the mobile network.
Try a different SIM card: If possible, insert a SIM card from another carrier to see if the codes work.
Restart your phone. Rebooting can fix temporary glitches.
Boot your phone into Safe Mode to check if a third-party app is causing the issue:
- Power off your phone.
- Hold the Power button until the Samsung logo appears, then release it.
- Immediately press and hold the Volume Down button until the phone fully starts.
- You’ll see "Safe Mode" at the bottom of the screen.
- Test the USSD codes.
If the issue persists, consider performing a factory reset as a last resort, pleaseensure you back up your data.
