Why we need to insert SIM card booting a new phone which was bought from Samsung..

Model : s21 ultra 

If I insert SIM it's adding blotware of Operator.

Why Samsung you throw this shit on a 1600$ phone

First, the phone comes unlocked from Samsung, and second without the SIM card there is no access to the carriers network and internet. The internet has to be accessible in order to activate the phone.

I agree internet has to be there to activate but why it's mandatory to put a SIM card when it's booted first time after getting phone

Samsung loads blotware of carrier that's why they need it.. they call it SIM profiling and don't understand why it happens for Samsung phones only
