Due to the weight of some of our cell phones, the fact that we are doing more on them {I haven't used my laptop in quite a while}, and the realty that the behaviour of scrolling is the only way to get through whatever you are working on, it is a painful realty that sometimes for a variety of reasons, the scrolling behaviour is unavailable for the user to perform. The reasons could be a physical disability, medical, reading recipes and cooking, reading a speech, reading music, etc. And the painful fact that scrolling can make a medical condition worse.

Given the above user experiences it is imperative that Samsung start becoming more inclusive of more users. An Auto Scroll feature in the Accessabilty section of Settings would change many users way of experiencing what you are trying to achieve with the Fold series - a sophisticated step away from the desk with a pocket office, at least, that is what my Fold5 is for my daily business.

Hi Gioflowers,

You make a solid point! With phones like the Galaxy Z Fold5 becoming our pocket-sized offices (and mini entertainment centers!), constant scrolling can sometimes be a pain, an Auto Scroll feature in Accessibility would be a game-changer.

We will definitely consider this as a valuable feedback and appreciate you for taking time and sharing your thoughts and suggestions with us.

Thank you for writing to us.

One could enable auto scroll in whatever specific application used to view said document. By default in many cases.

For any kind of shoulder or hand injuries, scrolling makes injuries worse.
