Go to Menu => Phone => Battery => Battery Optimization and select "Show power consumption" to see the current power usage (if you need to charge the battery to get the display back, please open the battery app, then close it again, the display should come back). If you want to control the current usage directly, go to Menu => Settings => Advanced => Battery. You should see the current power consumption. Set the power consumption to max if you need to charge the battery, otherwise don't worry about it and it's better not to reduce the battery lifetime.

Hi, could you confirm if it happens only during battery charging?

Hi, can you confirm if you have enabled power-saving mode?

Hi Jotee, we suggest you to perform wipe cache partition and see if it works. Below are the steps to perform clear cache partition.

  1. Turn off the unit.
  2. Press and hold the volume up button and press and hold the on/off button.
  3. When the Android logo is displayed, release all keys ("Installing system update" is displayed before displaying the Android system recovery menu options).
  4. Press the volume down key repeatedly to highlight "wipe cache partition".
  5. Press the Power key to select.
  6. Press the Volume Down button to highlight "Yes" and press the Power button to select.
  7. When the wiping of the cache partition is completed, "Reboot System Now" is highlighted.
  8. Press the Power button to reboot the unit.
