Will the Samsung Experience stores be able to replace folding screen protectors?

Hi as the title alludes to.  My Z3 Flip has cracked on the crease.   I checked about a month ago at the SE store in Edmonton and they said they would send my phone to Toronto.   

Though I appreciated that a free replacement was an option it is such a hassle to be without my phone. Especially since I would always back up and wipe my device anytime I have to leave it with anyone.

Just wondering if the goal is to get these done as we wait in local centres or at least endorse some sort of self-serve option?
