How is it that a company like Samsung won't be responsible for updates that break phones? Anyone else not able to toggle on wifi or Bluetooth after last update?

Please restart Your Device. A simple reboot can sometimes resolve post-update issues.

Clear Cache Partition:

  • Turn off your device.
  • Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons until the recovery menu appears.
  • Use the volume buttons to navigate to Wipe Cache Partition and confirm with the power button.

Safe Mode: Boot into afe mode to rule out third-party app interference.

  • Turn off the device.
  • Press and hold the Power button until the Samsung logo appears, then release and immediately press and hold the Volume Down button.
  • Check if Wi-Fi and Bluetooth work.

Please Reset Network Settings and see if that helps: Go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

If nothing works, back up your data and perform a factory reset.

Hi, tried all the steps with tech support, nothing worked. Told me to bring it in to service center to fix at my cost. Been a long time user of Samsung phones and anytime I've broken or damaged one I've had no problem in going in repairing at my cost or buying a new phone. In this case having to pay for a repair that was the cause of an update leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

I did, it didn't work. before loading my stuff back or after....Currently using my old note 20 until I can get a good boxing day deal on a pixel pro fold

I've already contacted them. Escalated twice with 2 different tickets and they basically said nothing they can do unless I pay

I've already contacted them. Escalated twice with 2 different tickets and they basically said nothing they can do unless I pay

Man that really ***. I had a Note 20 ultra that the camera got buggered after an update. A lot of people had similar issue but nothing was ever done.

Hello.

YES!

I am experiencing the same issue and Samsung will not repair.

I have tried every troubleshooting tip there is known to man and to no avail.

I did a factory reset and that did not help either.

I am researching refurbished phones.

I am very disappoinged in Samsung. The latest security update caused this issue with my phone. 

I hope you find a better solution.
