Galaxy ZText Messages, or an app like Facebook etc?
If you're texting, MMS has size limits and so the images are compressed.
There's different ways to send images, without losing the quality.
But if you can clarify how you are sending them now.

Galaxy ZI don't use Facebook, or WhatsApp, but apparently Facebook still compresses the images. WhatsApp on the other hand doesn't.
If both you and the recipient have Google Photos, it should allow you to share the images in the original quality.

Galaxy ZHi, We suggest you to perform clear cache and data for the app.
Open settings >> Apps >> search for the app from the list >> select the app >> tap Storage >> clear cache, Clear data.
We request you to please check for update also.
Kindly get back to us if you require any further help.

Galaxy ZSeriously??
Clearing Cache, Data and even sweeping the driveway, won't improve the quality of images sent by Facebook Messenger... Images are compressed by Facebook Messenger.
I already posted some alternatives, and conspicuously, did NOT mention Clearing Cache..
