I am being given the run around by Samsung customer service. After advising me that I was eligible for door to door service and accepting I am speaking with them now saying that the request was canceled!!!! I need help, if ANYONE has contacts for a higher level of support please share.

Hi, Could you please share the information why did they cancel the Door to Door option ?

They would not give me any answers as to why it's been canceled. They are rude and unhelpful every time I call. This is my first time ordering directly from Samsung. And I have to say I am never ordering from Samsung again. Model.code:SM-F731W

This phone should still be under the 1 year manufacturer warranty. I only purchased it in August 2023!!!!
