Even at a discounted price of $1,300, giving up my S Pen and under-display camera just to save a few millimeters is not on. What an utter disappointment.

Fold 7 an "ultra" device? That's a great joke.

Under display camera is not needed. SPEN with this thin profile may be not possible this time as some youtubers were targeting Samsung by praising Chinese brands for their thin profile. But I believe Samsung sill bring SPEN next year with thin profile. SPEN will be best if there will be slot too.

Under display camera was a great solution for a camera that's only use is for video calls. It got out of the way when not in use, providing an immersive inner display. When needed, the video call quality was as good as a typical laptop.

Nobody is taking selfies with the inner camera. One of the major selling points of a foldable is being able to use the high-quality rear cameras with the front display.

Now you have a relatively useless inner camera that results in a gaping hole in that beautiful screen.

As for S Pen, the Oppo Find N5 and Honor Magic V5 are both as thin or thinner than the Fold 7 and they support active stylus on both the inner and outer displays, while also having significantly larger batteries.

Thinness is not an excuse to cut the S Pen.
