Galaxy ZI have a Flip 3 on Android 13, patch level Nov 1, 2022. Issue I keep having is the ringtone. I have dual SIM (one eSIM), and the problem is when I set a ringtone for both SIMs the main one (physical SIM card) keeps reverting back to a ringtone called 1317. Only the ringtone setting will change, not the notifications setting, and it will only occur on the physical SIM setting, not the eSIM. It will do this randomly, usually a few hours after I set my own ringtone. It will always go back to this 1317 ringtone. When I go back to change it again, that 1317 ringtone doesn't even exist, or at least it doesn't show on any ringtone or notification option. I searched the phone in My Files for that sound profile and nothing shows up. I booted into Safe Mode and left the phone like that overnight and it didn't change back to this 1317. I've been told to simply remove the App once I'm in Safe Mode that is causing the glitch, but how on earth would I know what App is causing it? I'm not about to delete one app at a time and try it again each time, by the time I go through all 160 apps and waiting for at least 8 hours for each app delete to see if the ringtone changes, it'll be time for a phone upgrade again, lol. What is causing this, how do I fix it, and what the **bleep** is this 1317 ringtone it keeps going back to?? My wife has an S21 and her phone is actually doing exactly the same thing, except hers reverts to a different ringtone number, I think it's 1349. And her notification sound setting changes too, not just the ringtone. She is not using dual SIM on that one. Also on Andorid 13, security patch Dec. 1, 2022. Very annoying.

Galaxy ZHi, we appreciate your efforts in performing the necessary troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.
As you have tried everything but the issue is still there, we suggest you to perform back up and factory reset by following the steps in the given links.

Galaxy ZTry this:
Go to Settings > Apps and Toggle ON "Show System Apps" middle right
Search for "Media", you should see these two. Click on each of them & Scroll down to Storage & Clear Cache ONLY & Reboot.
See if that fixes the issue for you.
Normally when you see a Ringtone / Notification sound showing a number, ie: 1317 instead of a sound name, it's because the file changed location, or was deleted / corrupted.

Galaxy ZNo it doesn't matter if you are running Android 13 / One UI V5.0 (I am too).
Click on the 3 Dot Menu middle right (it looks different on my device because of the Theme I have).
Toggle it to the Right & Click on "OK" & Search for "Media".

Galaxy ZOk, so I followed your instruction (found the setting to change to view system apps), cleared the cache from those two that you indicated, rebooted and it's already back to the 1317 ringtone. I can't find that ringtone anywhere. There's no options in those app system settings that shows that ringtone (or any other for that matter). I also scrolled down to the "Media" folder but there are no options to clear cache in there, it's greyed out. I'm lost again. Where is this ringtone? I'm thinking if I can somehow find it and delete it then I'd maybe win this annoying battle. Any other options?

Galaxy ZYou could use a File Explorer & go to:
/storage/emulated/0/ringtones
Look to see if "1317" is there (don't think that it will be, but..) and delete it.
You could also check in:
/storage/emulated/0/Notifications to see if "1317" is there and delete it if it is.
You could go back to the Settings > Apps > Show "System Apps" & delete the data from the Media files ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ BUT you may delete stuff that you want ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️
Booting into Recovery & Wiping Cache MIGHT work, but I don't really think that it will.
Last thing you can do is Backup your device with Smart Switch and Factory Reset.
Instructions for Both are below:
Power of your device & Wait a few seconds.

Galaxy ZAs I said earlier, "Normally when you see a Ringtone / Notification sound showing a number, ie: 1317 instead of a sound name, it's because the file changed location, or was deleted / corrupted."
This is the most likely explanation for why you are seeing 1317.
I am positive that the next Security Patch Update will NOT fix the issue.
Booting into Recovery & Wiping Cache MIGHT.
Factory Reset almost certainly will.
If you backup your device with Smart Switch, a Factory Reset really isn't that time consuming.
Along with what you mentioned, I have a bunch of apps, that require me to use adb commands to fully enable them, and it still doesn't take me that long.
Good luck 🤞🏻
