Galaxy ZDoes anybody know the error 400 when clicking on samsung account (after sign in). Basically I need to find "my offer" to apply $200 google pay credit. As Samsung canada is partner with google to offer it from Nov 19 - Dec 09, 2021 which is posted officially on Samsung website. My device and date of purchase is qualified. I registered the product and it showed in my product. Whenever I sign in account, as long as I click on scroll down menu, then choose "Samsung account", the site show error 400.
I also got support from 2 persons in Samsung live chat support. The first person said they currently don't have that promo. The second one was more comprehensive to confirm it does exist and said all my criteria is met and offer remotely control and after a while he stated samsung server is down.

Galaxy ZI did use different platform: phone, ipad, pc, mac, but all give the same error. That's why Samsung offered me the remote control so they can actually control my device, and I do see all their manipulation on my screen and have the same situation. Then they state that samsung server is down.

Galaxy ZHi minhzen, I suggest you to clear the app cache and write back to us with the results. From Settings, swipe to and tap Apps. Select the app you want to clear. Tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache.
