Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 Problems with Crunchyroll and Prime Video

Am I the only one having problems with the Fold 6 in those apps?
Crunchyroll never load anything and prime video is not showing video just audio, the only option I found for prime video is disabling hardware acceleration.
Somebody knows how to fix this?

Oh wow, that's crazy. Curious, did you upgrade and migrate your apps and data from a traditional slab phone to Fold 6?

If a might suggest signing out of both apps unintalling both & re-download them, as PlayStore should download the appropriate vers for the Z Fold.

Hi AleKSX,

That's strange to hear these issues on your Z Fold 6 and appreciate your efforts.

Have you tried booting your device into Wipe cache partition  You can try booting your device into Wipe cache partition. This will not erase personal data on the phone. It deletes temporary cache files in the phone. Turn off the device > Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Power Key > When the Android logo displays, release all keys.(("Installing system update" is displayed before displaying the Android system recovery menu options) > Press the Volume down key several times to highlight “wipe cache partition.” > Press the Power key to select > Press the Volume down key to highlight > “yes” and press the Power key to select. When the wipe cache partition is complete, “Reboot system now” is highlighted. Press the Power key to restart the device.

If the above methods do not work, you may bring your device back to the factory default settings just like when you powered on your device for the first time.

Update - Typical Samsung...promising delivery on the 9th of August, 4 days later the balance of my order less my Peak Form Watch Band is still in Ready to ship...if they weren't so incompetent I'd be laughing.
