Samsung Z Fold 3 and Tmobile

This coming from a frustrated customer. I got my phone from Samsung - Z fold 3.. and all of a sudden more than a week ago my network which is tmobile stopped working on the phone. which means cant call cant text and no data to search online... I went to Samsung and they checked my phone and nothing is wrong with it.. I searched online and they were saying that it is because of the update.. I have been bouncing back and forth with Samsung and Tmobile for more than a week now.. Tmobile is trying their best to fix my issue but no luck.. and since i bought it from Samsung they cant replace it. (Lucky to those who bought their phone with tmobile because they have that option to have their phone replaced. but since I bought it with samsung and samsung doesnt have that option i'm stuck paying for an expensive phone that is not working... and It seems like Samsung is not that willing to do anything about it and just blame it to tmobile. and not take any responsibility.

I have been dealing with the same issue!! I paid $1900 for this phone (512g) and they have done absolutely nothing to fix my situation. 1/2 of the people I have spoken with, emailed, and messaged, act like there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with the phone, and it is my fault. Did you drop it, did you get it wet, on and on.. my phone overheats, doesn't hold a charge, doesn't make calls, doesn't text, the screen protector is peeling off, the touch screen is barely working..  what a piece of **bleep**!! Has your problem been resolved?
