We’re sorry to hear you’re still experiencing performance issues after the One UI 7 update, even following a factory reset.
At this point, we recommend submitting a performance error report directly through the Samsung Members app: Samsung Members > Support > Send feedback > Error reports > Performance
Please include a detailed description of the issue, and if possible, reproduce the lag right before submitting the report so system logs are accurately captured.
This will help Samsung’s software team investigate the root cause and prioritize a fix in upcoming patches. We’re also noting your feedback and will relay it internally.
