I placed my order for the Fold 6 in black along with the watch 7 44mm and extra band on July 12th and it has been stuck on order accepted ever since. contacted the chat a few times, but they have been useless. Is anyone else still stuck on order accepted?

I ordered on 12th. Watch and buds. Mine is stuck on ready to ship. Support is useless. You will get 10 different explanations.

I've been reading ppl's order stuck in an accepted stage because the watch bands are out of stock. You can go on chat and ask for partial shipments!

chat said they can't do partial shipments. support is basically useless with their canned responses

I ordered my z fold 6 almost two weeks ago from Telus, and just two days ago went from order accepted to processed. Today, they returned my money with no explanation. I was like... what the F is going on??? I'm paying over $700 per month for all my devices in the family, and my account is in order. I think it's time to look for other brands. Sorry Samsung, but I had enough.

I had to get the order escalated I got an email from them saying the shipped date is aug 9th now
