Wi-Fi setting keeps turning off, refusing to turn back on

This seems to be a common issue with Z Fold3 users, but it appears that there is a software bug with Wi-Fi for this device. Comment below if you're experiencing this too...

At random, Wi-Fi will change from "Connected", to "Connected Without Internet", or disconnect completely, but when I go to the Wi-Fi scan list, it's empty! So I turn it off ajd on again, but the toggle refuses to turn on.

Sometimes, it can be solved by force-stopping the Settings app, then the toggle can be used. Sometimes, it requires a device restart. This usually works, but recently, this has only given a few minutes of connection time before failing again.

I tried uninstalling SmartThings as other users suggested, but this did not fix the issue.

I tried performing a network reset, but this did not fix the issue either.

I believe this started with the February software update for my phone.

I will fill out a bug report soon.

Hi, we request you to generate error report by following below steps:

Tap and hold on samsung Members Icon and tap on Error report >> select the category from the below >> Describe the issue and check the option "send system log data" then send.

An expert from the Samsung Members team will try and respond to the report as quickly as possible.

I have this issue now and is driving me crazy. I've contacted Samsung who in turn told me to do factory reset. They said it would work. It did NOT. I can't keep running off data. Please fix this

I made a reddit post. The temporary solution is, once Wi-Fi is off, clear RAM, force-close Settings, then re-open Settings to enable Wi-Fi. This fix has worked 100% of the time
