Z Flip 6 Screen Popping Sound

Recently bought the Z Flip 6 under the trade-in promotion (phone is only 4-6 weeks old).  After a couple weeks of use, I noticed a loud "popping" sound coming out of the screen every time I would open and close the device.

I contacted customer support, and they directed me to the nearest Samsung Experience Store.  The SES store directed me to Mobile Klinik for repairs.  After talking to the technician, they did confirm that there is a display issue with the device but they're unable to fix the phone.  I contacted Samsung support again, in which they offered door-to-door service.

Unfortunately, I would not have my phone for 3-5 days, and they were unable to provide me with a loaner phone for that time period.  It was disappointing to trade-in my phone to buy a new Z Flip 6, find out a confirmed irreparable display issue by the technician, and not having a phone for 3-5 days (which is important for my work) and now being left with a new flip 6 with a display popping issue and not being able to do anything about it.  I also have Samsung Care.

Anyone else going through something similar?
