I absolutely hate to come on here and talk down Samsung but this Z-Fold 4 is the biggest piece of garbage I have owned and I have owned some trash Samsung products in my day. 
I absolutely cannot stand that the data connection on this phone for the most part seems non existent and I have to restart my phone sometimes 5 times a day just to be able to get some date speed on LTE. 
I already spent 1.5 hours on the telephone with tech and online purchase support being told that I can get on the ferry and head over to Vancouver to a Samsung service provider at a cost of almost $300 to me (with current ferry tickets for car and family of four) and hope they can fix it while I am there or I would have to be without my phone for days on end.
They also suggested I submit a service report through this app which I did 7 days ago and have still not heard back from anyone.
I am at my wits end and will never buy another Samsung product again based on the exceptionally poor service Samsung Canada provides their clients...like they just don't give a care...sad actually.

I know it can definitely be frustrated, Have you searched online for your APN settings for your carrier?

I have, I have reset between different Rogers settings just trying to get something...the two major areas are near my home and work where my daughter's s21FEs work like a hot **bleep**😔

That's definitely unfortunate, I have a Fold 5, and I had issues initially with my SMS but this was fixed by a SIM swap, Have you tried that?

I did, good advice though, I tried a 5g card and still no better...I noticed it from day one and should have done something then but wanted to wait for an update etc but no luck.

I've had non-stop problems with my z-fold also and it makes it even worse is to disgusting price we had to pay for it in the first place
I've had to replace this phone three times already because of screen issues and after paying the over $3,000 price site for this phone my husband's Google pixel out does the full g and a lot of areas which is surprising - with this kind of price tag I was expecting a much higher caliber of phone but I guess my expectations for way too high cuz this is the worst phone I've ever had

Sorry to hear that Kam, I sent my phone to Samsung to repair it based on the weak LTE signal and crunchy open and closing of the fold. They fixed nothing, in fact the invoice said phone won't turn on as it's reason to be sent in even though I had a sheet of paper describing the issues. Of course, it came back with nothing repaired as "there was nothing wrong" My question is what is wrong with this company...another couple hours going to have to be spent online etc....

Wait until you will need to pay 500 USD to fix the hinges. I absolutely agree, this has been the most expensive phone I have ever owned as well as the worst. But even worst, the service in Mexico. I guess service is bad everywhere. This phone made me switch from Iphone to Samsung. I am getting back to Apple after this terrible experince.
