I purchased the Z Fold 6 from Samsung online shopping in Canada. It arrived on Thursday September 5th.. within 30 minutes I called Samsung requesting to return it. I just decided to keep my z-fold 5... Samsung assured me I would have a FedEx way bill to send it back within 3 to 4 hours.... 4 days later Monday evening I still do not have the FedEx waybill email to send it back... Everyday I call and I've even spoken to a manager and they say that there is some issue getting the waybills/shipping label from fedex. Has anyone heard of this or experience this? Not getting a waybill?

I have contacted them multiple times a day for the last 5 days.. they just keep telling me they're working on it but it's the same thing. Every day goes by and every day I don't get a way Bill to return the phone.
